Deadlines are going to be tight in order for us to
produce a 56'47" Top 10 audio countdown of the most requested songs in
hospitals across the UK during 2007 in a timely manner.
We would like your support towards the delivery as soon as
possible. The following schedule
applies...

Mid December 2007 - contributors should decide whether
they should contribute by this time
-
Thursday 10th January 2008 - final day for receipt of
postal/paper copies of data, final day for receipt of
electronic data. Chart is produced overnight.
Audio Production deadlines...
-
Saturday 12th January 2008 - studio production of chart
made
-
Sunday 13th January 2008 - post-production
-
Monday 14th January 2008 - first copies mailed out on
CD format (as requested)
-
Saturday 19th January 2008 - MP3 copy of studio
production made available here. Size should be around 60Mb; specs:
128 Bit, Stereo. Other formats available upon request.
